I’ve lived in Goulburn for about four years now: I came here from Bowral.

What kind of interior design is popular in the Goulburn district?
The style that is really popular right now is the Hamptons-look. Another style that’s growing in popularity, and one that I especially love, is the Ralph Lauren coach-house style. It’s masculine, equestrian, and elegant. In fact, I was recently commissioned to undertake design on a big property, where I employed the Ralph Lauren coach-house style and we used reclaimed furniture and fittings to good effect. The joinery and kitchen design were in keeping with the whole look, which was very pleasing for the owners and myself.
What do you like about living in Goulburn?
I love the people: they are open and trusting in terms of my interior design recommendations. I love the weir walk in Goulburn because it’s so beautiful and peaceful. I also appreciate the upgrade to our War Memorial. Everything I need is literally a seven-minute drive from my place, so it’s very convenient.
What are your hopes for the future?
It’s my dream to establish a “creative cove” here in Goulburn: a place where people can come to access the best in interior design, graphic design, photographic services, and floral design, for example. It would be a one stop shop to access beautiful, creative design products and services.
