Who: All members of the Co-op are welcome. To be a member you must have been approved by the Board, paid your joining fee ($10) and first year’s membership fee ($10), and invested at least $400 in the Co-op, at least one week prior to the meeting.
Why: The purpose of the meeting is primarily to elect additional members to the board to complement the founding directors who were elected at the initial meeting of the board late last year. There will also be an opportunity to hear updates of the project and a financial report, as well as the chance to ask questions of the current board members and from the development partner, Komo Energy.

If you are not a member and wish to become one there will be an opportunity to do so prior to the meeting. But please arrive by 5.30.
